Terms&Conditions – Holistic Italian Journey
Welcome to Holistic Italian Journey. Our courses are designed for small groups and individuals who seek not only to learn Italian but to grow through a unique, personalized, and holistic experience. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrollment

1.1 Enrollment via Email or Contact Form
You can enroll in a course by contacting us directly via email or through the contact form on our official website: www.holisticitalian.com.
Please include:
  • your full name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • the course level you are interested in
  • and your preferred schedule (day/time)
Once we confirm course availability, we will send you the payment instructions and further course details.

1.2 Confirmation of Enrollment
Your place in the course is secured once full payment has been received. By completing the payment, you automatically accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Enrollment is held for 3 business days after confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the spot may be released.
If you're unsure about your level, we may invite you to complete a brief online test or have a short phone consultation to ensure the group is the right fit.
We reserve the right to decline a student’s participation if the selected level is not suitable.
2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via bank transfer. You will receive our bank details and payment instructions via email after your enrollment request is accepted.
If you need an invoice, please let us know before making the payment and ensure it is processed from your company’s official account.
At this time, we do not accept credit card or online payments.
3. Cancellation or Change by the Student

Plans change – we get it. If you can no longer attend a course:
  • Up to 3 days before the course starts, you're entitled to a full refund. Just email us.
  • After that, no refunds are available.
However, you may choose to:
  • use your payment toward a future course of equal or greater value, within 4 months of your original start date, or
  • join another available course (if there is space and the level fits)
After 4 months, any unused credit will expire.
4. Course Postponement or Changes by Us

Courses start when the right group is formed. We do not require a strict minimum number of participants — we prioritize group alignment and readiness.
In rare situations (health issues, emergencies, or scheduling shifts), we may need to postpone the course. You will always be informed promptly and clearly.
If a course cannot be delivered as agreed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Course Duration and Group Size

All courses are small-group based (3–5 people) and calculated in real hours (60 minutes per hour).
Duration adjusts based on group size:
  • 5 participants: full course hours
  • 4 participants: 10% shorter
  • 3 participants: 20% shorter
If new participants join after the course begins, the duration will increase by 20%, to maintain balance and fairness.
6. Joining a Course in Progress

If there's space and the group agrees, you may join a course that's already started. You'll receive all prior materials and guidance to catch up.
The price remains the same, regardless of when you join.


7. Individual Lessons – Packages & Policies

You may choose:
  • a single session
  • a 5-lesson package
  • a 10-lesson package
Payment is required before scheduling. Once a lesson is booked, it can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, the session is forfeited.
Validity:
  • 1 lesson: valid for 2 weeks
  • 5 lessons: valid for 10 weeks
  • 10 lessons: valid for 20 weeks
Unused sessions after this period are not refundable or reschedulable.


8. Feedback, Personalization & Flexibility

Courses are flexible and adapt to the group's evolving needs. Every session is tailored through ongoing feedback, shared goals, and the group’s emotional and cognitive rhythms.
Individual sessions are designed around your personal path. We integrate tools such as meditation, memory methods, conversation exercises, and emotional growth strategies.


9. Certificate of Participation

If you attend at least 70% of the sessions and complete all the tests provided (with at least 60% correct answers), you’ll receive a digital certificate in Italian reflecting your goals.
Tests must be submitted within 7 days after the course ends. Certificates will be sent within 2 weeks.
If you are unable to complete the test for serious reasons, contact us — we're always open to dialogue.


10. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. We reserve the right to suspend access to any student who:
  • uses offensive, aggressive, or discriminatory language or behavior
  • disrespects the teacher or other students
In such cases, no refund will be issued.


11. Materials & Copyright

All course materials (texts, slides, audios, videos, creative resources, meditations) are for personal use only.
It is not allowed to copy, share, publish, or distribute the material without written permission.
12. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is treated with care and in line with GDPR and all applicable regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.


13. Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated over time. You will be notified by email or via our website at least
7 days in advance.
